The Toledo Municipal Court and Toledo Housing Court websites were redesigned to replace outdated, difficult-to-navigate experiences with clearer and more accessible digital resources. Because both courts serve the same broader community, the websites share a closely related visual system, helping visitors immediately recognize them as official and trustworthy City of Toledo platforms.
Created at Madhouse Studio, my role focused primarily on building out both websites in Framer, organizing and implementing a large volume of content, refining responsive layouts, and ensuring every page, link, and interaction worked properly across desktop and mobile devices.
The project also included creating court forms in Jotform and integrating them into Framer so users could complete important requests and submissions more easily. With court procedures, contact details, documents, and public information spread across many pages, accuracy was especially important. Careful content review and quality assurance helped ensure the information was current, correctly placed, and easy to find.
Together, the two websites create a more consistent and user-friendly experience while supporting the individual needs of the Municipal Court and Housing Court.
